Simply mix Hydr-Aid with 250-350ml of liquid. You can mix Hydr-Aid with any liquid, at any temperature; however, we recommend mixing Hydr-Aid in your water every morning. Hydr-Aid is safe to drink everyday.
What is the best time of day to take Hydr-Aid?
We recommend taking Hydr-Aid in the morning or before activities that can be dehydrating like exercising, walking outdoors, traveling, or when you’re feeling blah.
