Better sleep

Started taking magnesium for better sleep and it works!
I go to sleep easier and stay asleep too, previously I would wake up whenever my partner goes to the restroom and it would be difficult for me to sleep again. I take it just before bedtime, have noticed a significant difference in sleep quality after starting this. Highly recommended if you have trouble falling and staying asleep.
