  • Club Moom is a loyalty programme that rewards members with points every time they shop on Moom's official websites! All members can redeem points for a wide variety of items such as Moom products, merch, and discounts. Select members will also have exclusive access to new launches, birthday gifts and sales.


    Depending on the Club Moom level, members can earn 1-3 points for every dollar spend. There are also special actions you can take to earn more points such as following us on social media, referring friends and leaving reviews!

  • It’s free to sign up! Just create an account and sign up here. You’ll earn 10 points for just signing up!

  • Moom points will expire after 12 months and be reset! All Moom points are non-transferable. So, remember to redeem your points before they expire!

  • Upload eligible receipts from approved retailers and marketplaces via the Club Moom Rewards page to earn Club Moom points. Once submitted, our team will review your uploaded receipt and award points within 5 days if it meets the eligibility requirements.

    Points awarded per approved receipt:

    • Classic Tier: 10 points
    • Priority Tier: 20 points
    • Gold Tier: 30 points


    Please note:

    • Members can earn points from a maximum of 4 successful receipt uploads per month.
    • Receipts must be uploaded within 30 days of purchase.
    • Only receipts from approved retailers and marketplaces are eligible.

    Pending: Your points are awaiting verification. Typical for recent purchases and referrals.
