Moom 101
1. What is Moom?
We are a women’s health platform, built by women for women! We create natural remedies in the form of supplements with our expert board, that are tailored to your needs.
We have a variety of subscription and non-subscription offerings to fit your daily needs. We always recommend starting by taking our quiz to get you started on your new daily ritual!
2. How do I start?
You have two options! You can either:

2. Go directly to our Shop page and choose what you want to take to support your body.
If you have any questions, our quiz will help answer a lot of them, but otherwise please feel free to email us at info@moom.health and our expert-trained team will be happy to help!
3. How many sachets will I receive?
Each box comes with 30 daily sachets, filled with your dose of vitamins, minerals, and herbs. If you have subscribed, your order will renew every month on the same date and once payment has gone through, your next order will be prepped and sent out!
4. How does pricing work?
We believe our customers have a right to access the best without breaking the bank, and work to provide that, minus the traditional retail markup. On average, your monthly supply of vitamins will range from $35-$55 SGD / RM115 - RM185 MYR per month!
On our product pages, you can view the prices for monthly doses of individual vitamins, herbs, and minerals. Subscription orders, with a minimum of 3 recurring orders, enjoy additional discounts!
Our Products
1. When should I take my daily dose?
All of our products are created with optimal absorption in mind. We generally recommend that you take your daily dose with a meal and enough water! You don’t need to take it with the same meal everyday, but your stomach should be lined to ensure no unwanted tummy aches and optimal absorption!
2. When do my products expire?
We pack and ship our products right to you because we want you to get the absolute best! Our supplements are safe for up to a year after the manufacturing date (noted by MFG on the bottom of your pack), after which we recommend disposing of them responsibly!
3. How will I know what each of the pills are in my pack?
Your order will always include a set of cards highlighting the vitamins, minerals, and herbs in your box- there are images and nutrition facts to help you out, too! You can also login to your account and find out what’s in your pack by clicking on My Account> Orders.
4. What are the ‘supers’?
A ‘super’ is a patented product that we have sourced and formulated just for you. Our ‘supers’ undergo extensive and rigorous clinical trials and evaluation processes. Our ‘supers’ are considered to be some of the best extracts in the world and have been formulated with their most bioactive counterparts to ensure optimal absorption in your body!
5. Are your products vegan?
Yes! All our products, both the raw ingredients and capsules, are 100% vegan and plant based! They are all also soy free, gluten free, sugar free, and free of any preservatives. For any other dietary restrictions, please refer to the nutritional facts of each product.
6. Are your products organic?
We source organic ingredients whenever possible. In short, we are always simply looking for the best, most bio-available products for you! However, our full product is not certified organic for a couple of reasons, the main one being that certain herbs or herb forms are not available in an organic form, and therefore we would not be able to offer them in our product library. Additionally, while each product may not be organic, we do make sure that all our products are synthetic filler free, preservative free, GMO free, stearate free, gluten free, soy free, and colorant free!
7. Are your products clinically tested?
A selection of Moom’s ingredients have been tested in randomized double-blind, placebo-controlled human clinical trials- specifically our ‘super’ range. Traditionally, there have not been many clinical studies completed on herbs, but the benefits of adaptogens have been illustrated for thousands of years in Ayurveda, and even Traditional Chinese Medicine. We are always looking for avenues to increase our clinical testing and are constantly seeking ways to further improve our offering- ensuring that you are getting the best!
8. Is your packaging environmentally friendly?
Yes! Our vitamin sachets are made from biodegradable plastic, specifically by the Reverte® additive that degrades the polymer chain, making it available for biodegradability when the item has finished its life. Our biodegradable packs comply with FDA, EU and CFIA regulations and ensure that your vitamins are protected and stay fresh for you!
Our vitamin dispensers and informational cards are made from and printed on sugar cane pulp! Additionally, our mailer boxes are 100% recyclable- so please recycle (or upcycle) it! Both our dispensers and cards are certified home and industrially compostable, leaving behind no toxic residue and creating nutrient-rich compost.
9. Are your products pregnancy friendly?
We always indicate pregnancy-friendly products with a special sticker so that it is easy for you to see! That being said, when starting any new routine while pregnant, we definitely recommend consulting your doctor before taking and introducing any new products- Moom or otherwise!
10. Can I take Moom while breastfeeding?
There may be a few ingredients in our products that are cautioned during breastfeeding because they could decrease milk production. To be safe, always speak to your doctor before taking any natural health products, including the products by Moom.
11. How long will it take to see results?
Consistency is key and a daily dose of minerals, vitamins, and herbs that your body needs is, unfortunately, not an overnight fix! We would love to say that you will begin to see changes within a week or two, but real change will truly only begin after 3-4 months of a daily ritual!
12. Do I need to store my Moom in a particular way?
All our formulas are room temperature stable! That being said, given the humidity and heat in Singapore, we’d recommend storing them out of direct sunlight, in a cool, dark place.
13. Why is my pee 'extra' yellow?
If you have a B-complex in your daily pack, and you have noticed that your pee is ‘extra’ yellow – don’t be alarmed! This is totally normal. B-vitamins are water-soluble (meaning they dissolve in water and aren’t stored in your body). Therefore, your body will use what it needs and the rest comes out when you pee! It doesn’t mean that your body isn’t absorbing them, it’s just getting rid of excess. So, it’s important to take your B-complex everyday to replenish your body.
14. Is Moom HSA approved?
Health supplements are not subject to approvals and licensing by HSA for their importation, manufacture and sales in Singapore. However, Moom abides by all HSA guidelines.
Our products are also manufactured in a facility that is FDA approved and NSI approved (a certification only 200 manufacturing facilities in the world have).
Your Subscription Ritual
1. How does my subscription work?
It’s super easy! We ship your personalised monthly box of vitamins, herbs, and minerals every thirty days.
You can edit your subscriptions anytime and check on the status of your subscription directly on your account.
Since it is a subscription, it auto-renews, so there is nothing you need to do to receive your monthly Moom!

2. What is your subscription policy?
When you purchase a subscription with Moom, you'll receive repeat deliveries from Moom.
All subscriptions have a minimum commitment of 3 consecutive recurring orders, after which, you can choose to cancel it by emailing our team at info@moom.health.
Your payment details will be stored securely and you'll be charged for each of these deliveries, unless you choose to pay in advance.
3. Is there a minimum commitment for subscriptions?
Our advisory board of expert medical practitioners recommend a minimum of 3-4 months of consistent, daily use for optimal impact on your body.
When you subscribe with us, you are committing to a a minimum 3 consecutive recurring orders, at a reduced pricing.
Subscriptions will auto-renew and after 3 consecutive recurring orders, you can cancel your subscription at any time by emailing us at info@moom.health
That being said, we also believe all of your wellness decisions should be in your hands. You can definitely make a one-time purchase for just one month's supply of vitamins at our regular pricing.
4. When will I receive my box each month?
Renewals are set to be delivered on a monthly basis starting from when your box is marked delivered. As soon as your order renews and payment has gone through, we pack, process and ship out your ritual.
We are a small team and try our best to make sure that you get your next box in time for the new month and appreciate your patience if it’s a day or two late!
5. How can I manage my subscription?
Create an account with us here, using the same email you used to make your subscription purchases. You will then be able to access our Customer Portal, and make the following changes to your subscriptions:
Add products from your subscription
Skip shipments or update your next subscription dates
Edit your shipping addresses
Edit your payment methods
If you would like to remove any products from your subscription, cancel your subscription, or if you have any questions about your account, please email our team at info@moom.health.
6. Can I amend my suggested subscription?
Of course! We want you to feel in control of your daily ritual and we know that things change! From the get go, if you don’t want all of the vitamins suggested to you, you can simply remove the ones you don’t want to be included.
Additionally, if after a month or two you realise you want to add something or take something out, just update your subscription via your account or shoot us an email at info@moom.health and we will reflect the change in your next month’s order!
7. Can I pause my subscription?
Yes, of course! You can always amend your subscription via your account or email us at info@moom.health to let us know and we would be happy to help you out (same goes for resuming your Moom). We always got your back!
8. Can I place an order for one month only?
As promised, we give it to you straight, and the truth is that 1 month is simply not enough time to see or achieve results- like anything great, it takes time! We recommend giving Moom a shot for at least 3 months (and continue on from there).
That being said, we also believe all of your wellness decisions should be in your hands. You can definitely make a one-time purchase for just one month's supply of vitamins at our regular pricing.
de/bloat
1. Can I take de/bloat on a daily basis?
Yes you can! It is safe to take up to 4 capsules of de/bloat everyday, if desired! We have designed and formulated de/bloat to be taken on an as-needed basis and to work in under 60 minutes!
2. Can I take de/bloat in addition to my current Moom ritual or other supplement ritual?
100%! de/bloat has been designed to perfectly complement your daily supplement ritual and has no overlaps with any other Moom products.
3. What are the main ingredients in de/bloat?
de/bloat is a blend of 9 herbs and fruit-based digestive aids and enzymes that target every possible cause for bloating!
Our ingredients include:
1. Chamomile- as a digestive relaxant
2. Milk Thistle- to support detoxification, digestion, and elimination
3. Fennel- to reduced inflammation in the gastrointestinal system
4. Dandelion Root- to detoxify your liver
5. Caraway- to reduce indigestion
6. Ginger- to stimulate digestion
7. Peppermint- for gas prevention
8. Bromelain – (digestive enzyme in pineapple) to speed up the breakdown of food
9. Papain- (digestive enzyme in papaya) to further speed up the breakdown of food
All our ingredients are sourced from the most potent part of every plant which ensures our formula works in under 60 minutes and makes you feel even better the next morning!

4. Can I take de/bloat if I'm pregnant or breastfeeding?
We recommend checking in with your doctor to see if de/bloat is okay for you to take while pregnant or breastfeeding.
5. How many de/bloat capsules do I need to take for it to be effective?
Our suggested dosage is 2 capsules. Each capsule has a limited amount of space and to make sure we didn’t compromise on our ingredients, we had to put around half of our desired dose in each capsule. When you take two, you will benefit from the full effect of the de/bloat formulation as created by our Naturopath, Ayurvedic Doctor, and Nutritionist. That being said, you know your body the best and you should experiment with taking what best suits your body (taking up to 4 capsules/day is 100% safe)!
6. Can I take de/bloat if I already take a Synbiotic or probiotic as part of my daily ritual?
Absolutely! Synbiotic or probiotics and de/bloat serve two different functions. While a synbiotic or probiotic helps balance the friendly gut bacteria in your body, de/bloat works to eliminate any uncomfortable symptoms you feel, specifically after a meal. Our naturopath, nutritionist, and ayurvedic specialist decided it was important to include natural digestive enzyme (bromelain, papain) in our de/bloat formulation also, so that it could also help support your overall gut health!
7. Can de/bloat help with period bloat?
Yes! While our formulation has been designed to address your digestion process, taking 2 capsules when feeling very bloated due to your period can help reduce discomfort!
In consumer trials*, after a single use of 2 de/bloat capsules while suffering from period bloat, 82% of women felt reduced discomfort within 60 minutes.

8. Can de/bloat help me if I have a chronic digestive issue? (For example, IBS)
Yes! Our experts worked hard to develop a formulation that is friendly and helps support those with IBS, Celiac, Ulcerative Colitis, SIBO and Crohn’s! Ultimately, de/bloat helps to support the digestive system and reduce discomfort and is not a cure for anything.
9. Does de/bloat contain any laxatives?
We are proudly laxative-free! We are also GMO free, filler free, stearate free, soy-free, gluten-free, sugar-free, colourant-free, 100% vegan, and Halal certified!
10. Should I take de/bloat before or after my meal?
We would recommend taking 2 capsules of de/bloat after a heavy meal! de/bloat has been designed to work in under 60 minutes!
In consumer trials*, after a single use of 2 de/bloat capsules after a heavy meal, over 80% of consumers said they felt digestive relief in under 60 minutes and 92% of consumers felt they ‘felt significantly more comfortable’ the next morning.

sleep/well
1. How long do I need to wait to feel results?
sleep/well has been formulated to help you fall asleep in under 60 minutes. The combination of low-dose melatonin (1.5 mg) and selected herbs and amino acids help your body and mind relax and settle into a good nights sleep within 60-100 minutes!
2. How many sleep/well capsules do I need to take?
We recommend 1-2 capsules depending on how you are feeling. We have seen and heard best results with 2 capsules but always recommend trying what is best for you and your body- everyone is so different!
3. Do I have to take these consistently to feel results?
Nope! sleep/well can be taken as and when necessary! It has been formulated to help support you on the nights you take it, and on the nights you don’t (given the addition of herbs that help produce natural melatonin in the body).
If taken multiple times a week, we recommend trying to take it around the same time each night to help regulate melatonin levels and support you even better!
4. Can I take more than 2 sleep/well capsules per night?
Technically yes- as you will only be consuming 6 mg of melatonin even with 4 capsules (you can easily purchase 10 mg of melatonin at most pharmacies).
That being said, we recommend 2 capsules each night to ensure no melatonin hangovers (aka that groggy morning after feeling)!
5. Can I use sleep/well and de/bloat on the same day?
Yes! All Moom products have been formulated to work well together. sleep/well and de/bloat are a powerful tag team as a healthy digestive system further aids with better sleep (and vice versa)! It is also safe to take with your daily Moom rituals (any other Moom products).
6. If I take Magnesium or Super Ashwagandha, can I take sleep/well?
100%! We have specifically formulated sleep/well to not have either of these ingredients so that it was 100% safe to take the necessary daily requirement! We recommend supplementing daily with Magnesium and Super Ashwagandha for better sleep health and reduced cortisol levels!
7. Can I take sleep/well with anti-depressants or anti-anxiety medication?
Yes! There are no known interactions or side effects! However, we do recommend taking them far apart from each other to avoid any excess drowsiness.
cramp/less
1. Can I take more than 2 cramp/less a day?
Yes! It is safe to take up to 6 cramp/less capsules a day.
2. Can I take cramp/less together with de/bloat or any of my Moom daily supplements?
Yes! All Moom supplements are 100% safe to be taken together!
3. Will cramp/less make me more immune to period pain?
No! Cramp/less has no addictive properties and will actually reduce period pain over time.
4. Can cramp/less help me if I have endometriosis or PCOS?
Yes! cramp/less is safe and encouraged to take for women with endometriosis and PCOS as it helps with period pain and inflammation.
5. Can I take cramp/less everyday?
Yes! We recommend taking cramp/less at the start (or right before) your period and continue through the week of your cycle.
6. How long in each month should I take cramp/less for?
We recommend taking cramp/less for 1 week (right before and during your cycle).
7. How long will it take for cramp/less to work?
We recommend taking cramp/less for at least 3 months during your period to better feel long-term results. In our consumer study, 82% of women felt better within the first 3 days of taking cramp/less.
8. Is cramp/less safe to take with other painkillers I may take when I get cramps?
Yes! All over-the-counter painkillers are safe to take with cramp/less.
9. Is cramp/less safe to take while breastfeeding?
We have lots of breastfeeding mothers who take cramp/less, but we always recommend checking with your gynaecologist first.
10. What else can cramp/less help with?
Cramp/less can help with PMS and period related back pain, migraines, and mood/hormonal stability, in addition to cramps!
11. Can cramp/less be taken on an empty stomach?
We recommend taking cramp/less after food and with water.
12. Is cramp/less safe to take after alcohol?
Yes
13. Is cramp/less suitable for young women?
cramp/less is safe to take for anyone 13 years old and above.
Orders, Shipping, Returns
1. How long does it take for my order to be processed?
All orders are processed within 3 to 5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. When will I receive my order?
You should expect to receive your order within 7 days (Singapore), 10 days (Malaysia), or 15 days (International) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, barring any stock issues or shipment delays.
If not, please contact us at info@moom.health with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
3. How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 7 days (Singapore), 10 days (Malaysia), or 15 days (International) of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@moom.health with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
4. What are your shipping charges?
Shipping is free for orders above S$30 in Singapore. For orders that do not meet those requirements, we offer a flat shipping rate of S$3.20 for Singapore.
Orders in Malaysia enjoy free shipping, with no minimum spend.
International orders under S$200 are charged a flat S$25 fee. International orders above S$200 enjoy free shipping.
We currently offer limited international delivery to to Australia, Brunei, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Indonesia, New Zealand, Thailand and the Philippines.
Deliveries are made via a third-party partner. They will contact you via the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of the package’s arrival.
5. Do you ship internationally, besides Singapore and Malaysia?
We currently ship to Australia, Brunei, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Indonesia, New Zealand, Thailand and the Philippines as well.
You can also purchase a selection of our products from our stockist, Beaubit (https://beaubit.co/), and they ship worldwide.
6. What is your refund or return policy?
Purchases are final and cannot be returned, or refunded.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@moom.health with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

1. Can I send someone Moom as a gift?
Of course! You can send them any of our functional remedies (de/bloat, sleep/well, cramp/less) or our pre-curated packs that are tailored to address major concerns.
2. Can my male partner, best friend, boyfriend, husband, brother, etc… take Moom?
While our quiz and product library has been created with women in mind, when addressing general health issues (skin, hair, immunity, etc….) we don’t discriminate!
