We put our products to the test.
Moom invested in a clinical study to test and prove the efficacy of our bestsellers, de/bloat and sleep/well.
What's in de/bloat?
de/bloat contains bromelain and papain (digestive enzymes found in pineapple and papaya respectively) which aids in digestion by speeding up the breakdown of food.
Peppermint and caraway seeds help to relax the muscles in the digestive system. Chamomile can also help to break up gas in the digestive tract.
Ginger and milk thistle (Silymarin) help to speed up digestion in the gut. They also contain antioxidants and have anti-inflammatory properties.

What's in sleep/well?
sleep/well contains natural herbs such as ziziphus and passiflora.
Ziziphus has been used in traditional Chinese medicine to calm and soothe nerves, and reduce restless sleep. Passiflora helps you to fall asleep faster, and also increases the duration of sleep.
Glutamine is an essential amino acid found in the body, which helps to produce GABA (Gamma-aminobutyric acid), another amino acid that helps to induce sleep, and ease feelings of anxiety.
Melatonin supplements help to promote sleep. However, we use low-dose melatonin as your body likely produces enough melatonin for its general needs. Too much melatonin may cause grogginess the next day.
