Job Location: Moom Health Warehouse and Office Singapore (Bukit Merah) 

Position Overview:
The Warehouse and Office Operations Associate plays a vital role in ensuring smooth and efficient operations across both administrative and warehouse functions. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with a strong ability to multitask, manage inventory, assist with logistical tasks, and support office operations. The ideal candidate will be adaptable, proactive, and able to contribute to both the office and warehouse environments to enhance overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with speed and accuracy
• Ensure all products are packed according to requirements and brand guidelines (correct products, quantities, inserts, and packaging)
• Inspect items for quality and report any issues or damaged goods
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the packing area
• Assist with inventory counts, receiving stock, and restocking shelves
• Support shipping label creation and order tracking processes
• Flag any order discrepancies or packing issues to the Fulfilment Manager
• Help implement improvements to packing efficiency and workflow
• Maintain a strong understanding of product SKUs and fulfilment SOPs

What we're looking for:

• Prior experience in packing/warehouse/logistics roles is a plus, but not required
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work on your feet and perform tasks with accuracy
• Passion for wellness and interest in Moom’s mission is a plus
