Helps with bloating and pain relief from cramps

I always try to out up with pain from period cramps as I did not like the idea of eating Panadol. Having cramp/less pills changed everything. It can usually help to ease the pain within 30min-1hr. As for de/bloat, needless to say, it is my no.1 product!
