Moom University Raise Day tickets sold are non-refundable.
In event of bad weather, the Fundraising Run may be cancelled.
The Raise Day Wellness Village areas will be sheltered, and will go ahead as planned.
In cases where the Fundraising Run is cancelled, there will be no refund of ticketing fees to participants. Moom is not liable for any ticket, travel, or transport costs.
Any unclaimed discounts, promotions and/or goodie bags will be forfeited at the end of the event day with no exceptions.

While your Raise Day Kit will be shipped to you, there are no physical tickets required.
On Raise Day, please check-in at the Gothic Entrance of Fort Canning Green (Car Park A) 30 minutes ahead of your chosen start time, for registration.

Is Moom U Raise Day only for women?
No, everyone is welcome at Moom University Raise Day! Bring your friends, family, and anyone who wants to join in the movement, regardless of gender.
Do children need to buy tickets for Raise Day?
Children below the age of 12 are welcome to join for free at Raise Day, but please note that only ticketholders will be entitled to Raise Day Kits, Raise Day complimentary F&B, and raffle entries.
Can I choose my own start time?
Yes, tickets are available with staggered start time options (7:30AM, 7:50AM, 8:10AM, 8:30AM, and 8:50AM) so you can pick a slot that works for you.
Do I have to run the 5K? Do I need to be an experienced runner to join?
Not at all! Raise Day is a non-competitive 5K that you can walk or run at your own pace, as long as you complete the route before the 1030AM cutoff.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend Moom U Raise Day?
No, Raise Day tickets are non-refundable.
Are pets allowed at Raise Day?
Yes, pets are allowed within Fort Canning Green. Owners are fully responsible for ensuring that their pets are leashed, and for the safety and wellbeing of their pets.
What is included in the Group Pack ticket?
The Group Pack includes 4 individual entries at a bundled price (20% off), each with their own Raise Day Kit, complimentary F&B, and raffle entry. It's perfect for joining with friends, family, or colleagues.
How will I receive the Raise Day Kit?
Your Raise Day Kit will be shipped to the shipping address indicated at checkout.
If you wish to change your shipping address after purchase, please reply to your Order Confirmation email and reach out to our team via info[at]moom.health.
Raise Day Kits will be shipped starting mid-September 2026. You will receive shipping notification emails from Moom, once your Raise Day Kit is being processed for delivery.
What happens if there is bad weather on 18 October?
In the event of light to moderate rain, the fundraising walk/run will proceed as scheduled, provided there is no lightning in the area. Participants will also have received a rain poncho in their Raise Day Kits.
However, if lightning is detected, Moom will make the necessary decision to ensure participant safety, which may include modifying or delaying the walk/run.
In cases where the walk/run is modified, delayed or cancelled, there will be no refund of ticketing fees to participants.
Announcements will be made within Fort Canning Green.
The Raise Day Wellness Village areas will be sheltered, and will go ahead as planned.
How do I get to Fort Canning Green for Raise Day?
The event starts at the Gothic Gate Entrance of Fort Canning Green (Car Park A). It's advisable to check public transport or parking options at Fort Canning ahead of time, and to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time.
What time should I arrive for Raise Day?
Gates will open at 7AM on 18 October 2026.
The Raise Day fundraising walk will have staggered timings, based on your chosen start time.

Will there be a bag drop at Raise Day? What should I bring or wear to Moom University Raise day?
No, there will not be any bag drop area at Raise Day. Participants are advised to carry the minimum essentials for the day.
Since there's no bag drop, bring only the essentials. Comfortable walking or running shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended, and you're encouraged to wear your Raise Day bib for easy identification.
Do I have to wear the Raise Day bib?
Participants are highly encourage to wear their Raise Day bibs during the event. This will allow for easy identification of Raise Day participants and ticketholders.
Is there a designated route for Raise Day?
Yes, participants are to follow the designated Raise Day route within Fort Canning Park.
Directional signages, hydration stations and road marshals will be stationed along the route. More details on the designated route will be released closer to Raise Day.
Are there any prizes for Raise Day?
Raise Day is a non-competitive, fundraising walk or run.
The only prizes at Raise Day will be the Raffle giveaways, and freebies from our participating partners!
Is there a cutoff timing for the Raise Day Route?
Yes, all participants will have to complete the route by 1030AM (we'll have something exciting happening then!).
Will I receive a Finisher Medal and where can I collect it?
Yes, finisher medals will be awarded to all participants who cross the Finish Line on Raise Day.
Medals will be distributed at the Finisher's Zone, located right next to the Finish Line arch.
How will I know if I won the Raffle?
We will be announcing raffle winners during Raise Day itself, so stay tuned!
