  • Yes, Magnesium is pregnancy-friendly, but if you are starting something new during pregnancy you should always check with your gynaecologist.

  • All of our products are created with optimal absorption in mind. We generally recommend that you take your daily dose with a meal and enough water! You don’t need to take it with the same meal everyday, but your stomach should be lined to ensure no unwanted tummy aches and optimal absorption!
