This comes in handy when you are prepared to have a big meal or when you wake up feeling bloated. Despite it being a capsule, there will still be a herbal aste so do take note if you are not a fan of this flavour. However, do understand that this may not work for everyone as I have a friend who tried it and does not work for her! So would recommend to do a trial on your own and try it with your own practices that work for you as well such as talking walks to help release gas, doing massages or drinking tea etc.
de/bloat is always to the rescue, especially right now during Ramadan. It helps with my bloating after iftar, and during PMS. Will always repurchase.
DeBloat works fast and I can safely take up to 4 a day. My sensitive stomach is so prone to bloating I usually need DeBloat once a day.
