The Peri Meno Pack

I have tried the product for a week now, and I can definitely feel the difference. I am able to sleep properly at night, less brain fog and less cravings. I am glad that I have decided to try the Peri menopause pack.

Although I am on HRT, I bought the Menopack as a supplement as I am aware my poor appetite means I am not consuming enough necessary nutrients and minerals daily. It's been almost a month now and I can say with certainty I have more energy and far fewer episodes of lethargy and brain fog. I consume my menopack sachet along with zinc and Amla+. Taken together daily, I've experienced subtle but very positive changes.

I have been on it for 2 weeks now. I see a significant improvement in my energy levels. Also the sugar cravings are not as bad. I feel I'm sleeping better too. However, swollowing 4 tablets at one go is tough for me. Also I feel some discomfort after I take them - in my stomach. Like I can feel them in my throat.

I subscribed to monthly subscription for perimenopause pack, debloat and sleep well. With a monthly subscription one would expect no break in supply. Products should be shipped out before the month is up ie. before existing supply runs out. Turns out this is not how Moom’s monthly subscription operates. I have been waiting more than a week without my supplements as the second shipment has yet to arrive after the first month. I checked on order status and the products have not even been sent to logistics provider!
