I fainted a year ago, and since then my sugar / salt balance was completely off. It was as if my body was confused.
I was craving things all the time as I felt off. Did not feel satiated despite eating healthy food and when even eating junk food. I did alot of tests and put on a lot of weight. I decided to try this when I saw it little farms when I read about the fatigue and brain function. I drink this twice a day. One upon waking up and once in the afternoon. It’s only been a week but I noticed 1) I feel less fatigue, 2) my cravings and bloating is gone so I am not snacking in between meals and eating normal portions and 3) I look slimmer because I am not bloated anymore.
