Moom U Raise Day: Postponed to 22 Nov
Due to the haze, Raise Day has moved to Sunday 22 November 2026. Your ticket carries over automatically, with the same start time.

Is Raise Day still happening?
Yes. We've moved it to Sunday 22 November 2026. Same walk, same Wellness Village, same cause. There may be a few changes to our participating vendors, we will ensure the rescheduled Raise Day will be even better :)
Why has it been moved?
The haze! Air quality in Singapore has been in the unhealthy range for weeks, with it becoming worse and worse over the last few days. We have been carefully monitoring this and want to ensure we follow all NEA advisories around limiting prolonged outdoor activity, with extra care for pregnant women, children, older adults and anyone with heart or lung conditions. Raise Day is fully outdoors: a 5K walk, plus hours of setup by our team, volunteers and partners. As a women's health brand, asking you (and our team) to do that in this air didn't sit right with us!
Do I need to do anything with my ticket and are there refunds?
Your ticket and QR code are automatically valid for 22 November, with the same start time- see you there! Raise Day tickets are non-refundable as our goal with Raise Day has always been to support the efforts of Daughter of Tomorrow. We completely understand that some of you may not be able to make it to the rescheduled date and have given a few options below as to what you can do. We truly appreciate all your support and can’t wait to see you on the 22nd of November!
I can't make the rescheduled date of November 22. How do I transfer my ticket?
You can transfer your ticket to a friend or family member.
Transferring takes four simple steps:
1. Open your ticket email titled "Your ticket for Moom University Raise Day", and tap to "View your ticket".
2. Replace the participant details with your friend's first name, last name, and email
P.S: Feel free to update your friend's contact number, gender an age too! Or remind them to do it later [lol i hope this part makes sense here]
3. Tap "Transfer Ticket" at the bottom of the page. Your friend will receive their new ticket by email.
4. Remind your friend to update their emergency contact details too!
Once you transfer the ticket, your original ticket becomes invalid.

Please note that Raise Day tickets are non-refundable, so transferring is a great way to make sure your spot gets used!
If I transfer my ticket, does the other person get a Raise Day Kit?
Each ticket comes with 1 kit. If you haven't collected your kit yet, the person you transfer to can collect it at the venue on 22 November. If you already have your kit, feel free to pass it along to them. Thank you for understanding: this is a charity event, and every kit is made possible by our partners.
Can I change my start time?
Start times will need to stay the same. If your slot no longer works for you, email info@moom.health and we'll do our best to help you out!
What about my Raise Day Kit?
If your kit was delivered, it's yours to keep. If you bought your ticket on or after 7 October, you'll now collect your kit on 22 November at Fort Canning Green, Gothic Entrance (same process as before, just at a slightly later date)!
What if it's still hazy on 22 November?
We're watching NEA's advisories closely and will share an update closer to the date in November. Your health comes first and we want to make sure we are able to hold a safe and successful event!
How else can I support Daughters of Tomorrow?
You can donate directly at daughtersoftomorrow.org, or add an extra donation to your Raise Day order on our ticket page. Every dollar of that add-on goes to DOT!

Moom University Raise Day tickets sold are non-refundable.
In event of bad weather, the Fundraising Run may be cancelled.
The Raise Day Wellness Village areas will be sheltered, and will go ahead as planned.
In cases where the Fundraising Run is cancelled, there will be no refund of ticketing fees to participants. Moom is not liable for any ticket, travel, or transport costs.
Any unclaimed discounts, promotions and/or goodie bags will be forfeited at the end of the event day with no exceptions.

Is Moom U Raise Day only for women?
No, everyone is welcome at Moom University Raise Day! Bring your friends, family, and anyone who wants to join in the movement, regardless of gender.
Do children need to buy tickets for Raise Day?
Children below the age of 12 are welcome to join for free at Raise Day, but please note that only ticketholders will be entitled to Raise Day Kits, Raise Day complimentary F&B, and raffle entries.
Can I choose my own start time?
Yes, tickets are available with staggered start time options (7:30AM, 7:50AM, 8:10AM, 8:30AM, and 8:50AM) so you can pick a slot that works for you.
Do I have to run the 5K? Do I need to be an experienced runner to join?
Not at all! Raise Day is a non-competitive 5K that you can walk or run at your own pace, as long as you complete the route before the 1030AM cutoff.
Can I get a refund if I can't attend Moom U Raise Day?
No, Raise Day tickets are non-refundable.
Are pets allowed at Raise Day?
Yes, pets are allowed within Fort Canning Green. Owners are fully responsible for ensuring that their pets are leashed, and for the safety and wellbeing of their pets.
What is included in the Group Pack ticket?
The Group Pack includes 4 individual entries at a bundled price (20% off), each with their own Raise Day Kit, complimentary F&B, and raffle entry. It's perfect for joining with friends, family, or colleagues.
How will I receive the Raise Day Kit?
[UPDATE] Ticket orders placed on or after 7 October will not include doorstep delivery of Raise Day Kits. Participants will have to collect their Raise Day Kits on 18 October 2026, at Fort Canning Green, Gothic Entrance.
What happens if there is bad weather on 18 October?
In the event of light to moderate rain, the fundraising walk/run will proceed as scheduled, provided there is no lightning in the area. Participants will also have received a rain poncho in their Raise Day Kits.
However, if lightning is detected, Moom will make the necessary decision to ensure participant safety, which may include modifying or delaying the walk/run.
In cases where the walk/run is modified, delayed or cancelled, there will be no refund of ticketing fees to participants.
Announcements will be made within Fort Canning Green.
The Raise Day Wellness Village areas will be sheltered, and will go ahead as planned.
How do I get to Fort Canning Green for Raise Day?
The event starts at the Gothic Gate Entrance of Fort Canning Green (Car Park A). It's advisable to check public transport or parking options at Fort Canning ahead of time, and to arrive at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time.
What time should I arrive for Raise Day?
Gates will open at 7AM on 18 October 2026.
The Raise Day fundraising walk will have staggered timings, based on your chosen start time.
Please arrive at Gothic Entrance of Fort Canning Green (Car Park A) at least 30 minutes before your scheduled start time, for registration.
Please have your ticketing QR code ready, to register your attendance.
Will there be a bag drop at Raise Day? What should I bring or wear to Moom University Raise day?
No, there will not be any bag drop area at Raise Day. Participants are advised to carry the minimum essentials for the day.
Since there's no bag drop, bring only the essentials. Comfortable walking or running shoes and weather-appropriate clothing are recommended, and you're encouraged to wear your Raise Day bib for easy identification.
Do I have to wear the Raise Day bib?
Participants are highly encourage to wear their Raise Day bibs during the event. This will allow for easy identification of Raise Day participants and ticketholders.
Is there a designated route for Raise Day?
Yes, participants are to follow the designated Raise Day route within Fort Canning Park.
Directional signages, hydration stations and road marshals will be stationed along the route. More details on the designated route will be released closer to Raise Day.
Are there any prizes for Raise Day?
Raise Day is a non-competitive, fundraising walk or run.
The only prizes at Raise Day will be the Raffle giveaways, and freebies from our participating partners!
Is there a cutoff timing for the Raise Day Route?
Yes, all participants will have to complete the route by 1030AM (we'll have something exciting happening then!).
Will I receive a Finisher Medal and where can I collect it?
Yes, finisher medals will be awarded to all participants who cross the Finish Line on Raise Day.
Medals will be distributed at the Finisher's Zone, located right next to the Finish Line arch.
How will I know if I won the Raffle?
We will be announcing raffle winners during Raise Day itself, so stay tuned!
Our team will also reach out to you via email after Raise Day to confirm your prizes.
