Position:  Content Associate (SG - Full Time)

Position Overview:

We’re looking for a Content Associate to create short-form content for Moom in Philippines.

This role is focused on filming, editing, and delivering content consistently across Moom’s owned social channels. You will be expected to go on-site, capture content across different locations, and produce content quickly.

Key Responsibilities:

The Content Associate at Moom is best suited for someone who is comfortable creating content consistently and working on the go across different environments.

This role is output-driven and requires speed and consistency. You should be highly attuned to internet trends and able to translate trends into content quickly.

• Ideate and develop creative, social-first content for TikTok, Instagram Reels and other short-form platforms.
• Stay on top of trends, formats, sounds and internet culture and turn them into content that feels authentically Moom.
• Own the content creation process from concept and scripting to filming, editing and delivery.
• Create a variety of content including educational, entertaining, UGC-style, trend-led and behind-the-scenes videos.
• Collaborate with creators, KOLs, experts and the wider Moom team to bring content ideas to life.
• Attend Moom events, activations and launches to capture real-time content, with occasional evening or weekend commitments when required.
• Monitor content performance and use learnings to continuously improve creative.

Who are you:

• You are comfortable filming frequently and working in real-world environments. You don’t rely on perfect setups and are able to create content quickly and independently.
• You are highly active on TikTok and Instagram, and have a strong sense of what works on these platforms. You are able to move fast, adapt, and experiment with content formats.
• You are reliable with output and able to keep up with a consistent content pace.
• You are flexible with your schedule and open to occasional evening or weekend work when required for content capture.

What we’re looking for:

• 1-3 years of experience in content creation or social media
• Strong instinct for TikTok / Reels content
• Comfortable filming in public and directing simple shoots independently
• Able to edit quickly (CapCut, InShot or similar)
• Organised and able to manage multiple content pieces at once

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with photography
• Experience creating content for community or wellness brands.
• Passion for wellness, community-building, and modern Asian women’s health
