Perfect if you want something to help with bowel movements. I eat a lot of veggies but occasionally skip out on it when it’s not in a meal/I don’t cook. I have subscribed to two boxes to give one to my partner who is a reluctant veggie eater. He enjoys the drink and has observed less constipation/diarrhoea! For effects such as skin, I did not notice any but I do not eat it consistently enough.
