Retention & Post-Purchase Specialist (PH - Full Time)

Position: Retention & Post-Purchase Specialist (PH - Full Time)
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and run lifecycle email/SMS flows (post-purchase, replenishment, win-back, churn-save, cross-sell) in Klaviyo or equivalent
- Support subscription retention: cancel-flow optimisation, save offers, pause/skip logic
- Manage loyalty/rewards programs and post-purchase upsell/cross-sell offers
- Pull and analyse cohort retention data to flag drop-off points
- Run churn diagnosis (cancellation surveys, usage signals) and execute win-back campaigns
- Help adapt proven flows from existing to newer markets
- Track core KPIs and run tests on flows and offers
What we're looking for:
- 1.5 to 3 years in retention, CRM, lifecycle marketing, or post-purchase growth at a D2C/e-commerce brand
- Hands-on Shopify experience, plus familiarity with CRM tools
- Comfortable working with cohort retention data and LTV metrics
- Subscription business experience is a plus
Qualifications:
- Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
- Experience in e-commerce businesses
- Strong with spreadsheets and basic reporting
- Proactive, curious, and eager to grow into more responsibility
