I’ve been taking Synbiotic for a few weeks, and overall I’m quite impressed. I initially got it because I struggle with occasional bloating and wanted something that supports gut and skin health. The first thing I noticed was that it’s gentle on the stomach, no discomfort or weird aftertaste. My digestion feels a bit smoother and I’ve noticed less bloating after meals.
While several brands use generic strains with little transparency, Moom highlights strains supported by research, offering a thoughtful balance between science and accessibility. However, like most multispecies blends, it would be beneficial if Moom disclosed the exact strain designations and published stability or survivability data.

It's easy for me to get my morning bowel movement but I needed coffee to boost the system and struggle with daily intake of fruits and vegetables. With Super Greens, it really works to start the movement even before I start breakfast. And I was even able to stop drinking coffee! Always starting my day fresh and better!

I take this every morning alongside my occasional Kefir and Yoghurt morning snack to help cleanse my insides. I bought this for my husband and it's easy for me to incorporate fruits and veggies in his morning smoothie/juice everyday!
