Been using these 3 moom products (HH, M/B, D/B) since April and I can say that HH has been a true lifesaver. While my periods are regular, its been a bit more controlled - my flow is way more normal and I don't even feel that lethargy as much anymore during that time of the month. I can work out as usual. While M/B has helped me feel less of a craving for sweet stuff, I haven't quite seen a difference yet in my body - hoping it works soon!

Listen guys, i rarely write reviews unless something really works for me and I'm just super grateful. I've been taking Happy Hormones + meta boost for 5 months plus now, and i think about the 3rd month onwards, i have been having no breakouts. Like zilch. ZERO which is impossible for me because i have always had to deal with not so serious cystic acne but they always without fail pop up one after another ESPECIALLY before my period. I just feel so happy now that i don't have to deal with those painful cystic acne. Also to be clear, i did not get myself tested but because my dad has type II diabetes, i feel like i may be predisposed to it if i don't take care of what i eat etc and i have had many times when that feeling of low blood sugar and my hands begin to shake, so that is why i got meta boost as well. On top of that i keep some debloat on the side whenever i have those gastric days and it also HELPS A TON. I used to have chronic gastric at one point of time. Iam so thankful for moom! Quality products! Thank youuu!

I do not have PCOS but I have been taking Happy Hormones for the past 2 months! It's been really great for me so far! Waiting to check with my doctor to see if I can continue taking this as I do not have PCOS or Endometriosis. Just want to err on the safe side and all. But otherwise, I have no problems with this product thus far!

had my first period after almost 6 months of absence. and that is just after 2 weeks of consuming Happy hormone! amazing..but still have other pcos symptoms..will try to stay consistent. -0.5 star due to the expensive international shipping price 😭
