PCOS support supplement I can't do without

Been taking H&H from the time they launched as I was in search of an accessible PCOS supplement. It's been almost 8 months or so and I think it has really helped regulate my period! Super easy to take and just add it to water. Much prefer this to taking lots of tablets etc. Would high recommend. I have subscription and will continue!

Tastes pretty good

Having tried both lemon and passion fruit, I kinda prefer the passion fruit. The colour is also pretty striking. Great add-in to your water or green tea, etc. I don't really have PCOS per se and don't take it every day, but great for keeping yourself even keeled, you know?
