Started taking this after having irregular periods all my life and only recently being diagnosed with pcos. It's still quite early to tell but my periods do feel like they're becoming more regular...and on reflection my mood has been way more balanced throughout my last few cycles. Most importantly happy hormones is DELICIOUS...I thought the lemon was my fav and then I tried the passionfruit - drinking it is my afternoon treat every day :))

Consuming happy hormone for almost 3weeks now, my period has been irregular due to PCOS and im ttc for almost 4 years. Since consuming happy hormone, im no longer feeling lazy wakeup in the morning, for now its fixing my mood and hopefully will fix my period and get pregnant.
