Performance Marketing Manager (SG - Full-Time)

Position:  Performance Marketing Manager (SG - Full-Time)

Position Overview:

You'll own Moom's paid media channels end to end — strategy, execution, optimisation, and reporting. You'll work closely with the brand and creative teams to turn content into campaigns, and with leadership on channel mix and budget allocation across our markets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute paid media campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Google
  • Manage end-to-end campaign setup, audience segmentation, creative testing, and budget allocation
  • Run DCO and systematic A/B testing across ad formats and creatives
  • Brief the content team on performance asset requirements and iterate based on results
  • Own weekly and monthly performance reporting with clear attribution, CAC, and ROAS analysis
  • Manage TikTok Shop campaigns and optimise for conversion
  • Identify funnel drop-off points and collaborate with the brand team on landing page optimisation
  • Monitor and manage spend pacing against monthly and quarterly budgets
  • Stay ahead of platform changes, algorithm updates, and emerging formats across channels

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in performance marketing, preferably within a D2C or e-commerce brand
  • Hands-on proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, building and optimising campaigns yourself
  • Proven track record managing paid campaigns across multiple markets
  • Experience with TikTok Ads and TikTok Shop is a strong advantage
  • Comfortable with analytics and attribution tools (GA4, Triple Whale, or similar)
  • Strong numeracy, thinking in CAC, LTV, ROAS, and payback periods
  • Experience briefing and evaluating creative for performance
  • Health, wellness, or supplement category experience is a plus
  • Comfortable in a lean team environment where you own the outcome
