Position: Customer Support Associate (Philippines)

What You'll Do

• Effectively solve customer enquiries across email, WhatsApp, and marketplace channels (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada).
• Respond to product, order, and general enquiries clearly, warmly, and within SLA
• Diagnose and resolve straightforward queries promptly; escalate more complex issues to the Customer Support Lead and/or other teams (Operations/Community/Marketing).
• Maintain accurate records of exchanges, refunds and return resolutions across support systems
• Follow internal SOPs and collaborate with the team to flag opportunities to improve processes as the team scales
• Multitask effectively across channels, especially during peak periods, without compromising response quality

What We're Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in customer service or support, ideally across multiple channels or platforms
• Comfortable managing marketplace platforms (Shopee, TikTok Shop, Lazada) and messaging apps (WhatsApp) alongside email (Zendesk)
• Excellent written communication — friendly, clear, and informative in tone
• Ability to manage multiple conversations simultaneously without losing accuracy or warmth
• A customer-first proactive mindset, with genuine care for getting things right
• Interest in women's health and wellness is a plus!
