Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Supply Chain & Logistics Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant operations across multiple markets. You’ll work closely with logistics partners, manage inventory flows, and support demand planning to keep our supply chain running seamlessly. By overseeing compliance and building contingency plans, you’ll play a key role in minimising risks and safeguarding product quality, helping us deliver consistent value to our customers and community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 3PLs and logistics partners across multiple markets.
- Inventory planning, demand forecasting, and replenishments.
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations, customs requirements, and product quality standards.
- Develop contingency plans to mitigate risks (e.g., supply disruptions, regulatory changes).
What we're looking for:
- Based in Singapore.
- Experience in supply chain or logistics, ideally in CPG and e-commerce.
- Strong knowledge of regional logistics networks, 3PL management, and inventory systems.
- Data-driven mindset with experience in demand forecasting and supply chain optimisation
- Organised, responsible, efficient, and trustworthy.
- Communicative, responsive, teachable, and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
- Comfortable working independently, remotely, and in a high-growth startup environment.
