Been taking H&H from the time they launched as I was in search of an accessible PCOS supplement. It's been almost 8 months or so and I think it has really helped regulate my period! As a PCOS girlie, my menses are always irregular, when I heard about Myo D Chiro Inositol that could help with PCOS I was willingly tot try it out. Unlike other supplement which comes with pills/tablets form, Moom's version comes with powder which I can conveniently mixed with any liquid and it tastes amazing. Started to take it religiously since Jan'25 and now in April'25 I finally had my period (1st one in 2025).
It works! It might seem slow for me, but this one is better than taking a hormone pill, imo.
