Position: Junior Community Manager (SG - Full-Time)
Position Overview:
We’re looking for an energetic, organised, and execution-focused Junior Community Manager to join Moom Health in Singapore.
You will support day-to-day community operations and execution across campaigns, activations, and partnerships. You’ll work closely with the team to ensure our community touchpoints feel thoughtful, consistent, and operationally smooth, from TikTok schedules to event forms, to KOL invites and retailer follow-ups.
This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced startup environment and is excited to learn quickly.
Key Responsibilities:
Events & Activations Support
- Support planning and on-the-ground execution of events and activations, including logistics coordination, inventory management, and vendor/partner support.
- Be on-site during activations to ensure smooth execution.
Partnerships (KOLs, Retailers, Sponsors)
- Support relationship management and coordination with external partners (KOLs, retailers, sponsors), including outreach, follow-ups, and ensuring deliverables are completed.
- Assist with operational tasks such as invoicing and tracking sales or campaign performance where required.
Community & TikTok Operations
- Support day-to-day community and TikTok operations, including backend set-up and campaign coordination.
- Assist with preparation of basic content and materials for community and TikTok activations.
Operations & Reporting

Manage administrative and reporting tasks related to community initiatives, including expense tracking and maintaining internal trackers.
What we’re looking for:
- 1–3 years of experience in community management, influencer marketing, events, partnerships, or operations.

Highly organised and detail-oriented with strong follow-through, you take ownership and close loops.
Proactive and resourceful, able to solve problems quickly and keep momentum in a fast-paced environment. - Comfortable with hands-on work and being on-site for events and activations.
- Enjoys an open, flexible, and collaborative startup environment (some evenings and weekend support will be required due to the nature of the role).
Bonus if you have:
- Familiarity with TikTok operations (backend setup, scheduling, campaign support)
- Passion for wellness, community-building, and modern Asian women’s health
